Our Mat Pilates Instructor is an inspiring coach who guides our community through self planned fitness routines to enhance physical & mental wellness while achieving fitness goals.

Requirements:

• Adheres to the Instructor best practices as detailed through training manuals, team meetings & development plans.
• Creates & develops a structured fitness program with corresponding playlist for every scheduled class.
• Adaptability for a non-traditional schedule, embracing the pulse of holidays, early mornings, & weekends.
• Driven & goal-oriented, with a natural talent for cheering others on while maintaining membership goals.
• Welcome & assist all new guests with class readiness, including proper equipment, set-up & safety.
• Consistent engagement on social media, promotes schedule & themed classes with RHYTHM brand in mind.
• Work harmoniously with studio leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that fuels the RHYTHM brand.
• Engage enthusiastically at special events & social media aimed at showcasing RHYTHM.
